Thanks to an expanded line up to 5 A and 8 A respectively for SJ-MOSFET and IGBT as switching option, the SLLIMM - nano 2nd series family can be tailored for dedicated applications as fridge and washing machine, in addition to typical applications, motor drives working up to 20 kHz in hard-switching circuitries, in a range up to 500 W. SLLIMM IPMs belong to our STPOWER family.
To allow an easier fixing of the heatsink, dedicated slots have been implemented on the body package, thus improving the thermal performance of the product. Higher package thickness also ensures an isolation voltage up to 1.5 kVrms (UL recognized, file E81734).
The package also offers a double-lead options: in line and zig-zag, with and without stand-off options.
