STM8S103/105 Access line is our standard line of multi-purpose 8-bit microcontrollers. As the first-step upgrade for our lower-cost Value line, the STM8S103/105 Access line offers a wider variety of packages, memory sizes, features and factory programming service.
Based on our proprietary 16 MHz core, it features a full set of timers, interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C), 10-bit ADC, internal and external clock control system, watchdogs, auto wake-up unit and an integrated single-wire debug module.
The STM8S103/105 Access line offers up to 32 Kbytes of Flash program memory, up to 1 Kbyte of data EEPROM and up to 2 Kbytes of RAM. It is available in 32-, 44-, and 48-pin packages. It is most suitable for mainstream applications in the industrial, computer and consumer markets, particularly where large volumes are concerned.
