The SPC58 Chorus 2B Line is offered in 80 MHz single-core with up to 1 Mbyte of Flash memory with error-correcting code (ECC) and is pin-to-pin compatible with SPC58 4B Line and SPC58 C Line automotive microcontrollers.
Designed in compliance with ISO 26262 specifications, SPC58 2B Line MCUs support the ASIL-B safety standard and are available in multiple packages ranging from the really compact QFN48 up to 64- and 100-pin TQFP packages with exposed pads for high thermal efficiency.
